Refunds (if applicable)
After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we are in receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you of the status of your refund. The refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund has yet to be received, please first check your bank account and/or credit card company, as it may take some time before refunds appear on your statement. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
